It’s almost that time; the St. Paddy’s Day Brunch at the DCC! Come on down, wear your green, bring your friends, and join us for what has been one of our biggest events of the year.

MENU: Lam’s delicately roasted corned beef roasts and gently steamed cabbage, roasted garlic and potato soup, Irish beef stew, Dublin Coddle, Trisha’s cabbage casserole, breads, and a mixed berry bowl and other sweets for dessert.

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS: An Irish-themed bar will be available with Al’s Bloody Marys and other concoctions that might raise interest.  A 50/50 raffle will be held as well as an Irish Pot o’ Gold Basket Raffle.

While I have had a pretty good response so far, there are still a few important volunteer slots to fill in our work crew on Saturday evening at 6:00 P.M. or just before and Sunday morning at 10:00 A.M.  Dish-washing, we run a clean-as-you-go kitchen for efficiency,  food prep, decorating, door help, raffle ticket sales, and final cleanup are some of the tasks.  Earn your volunteer hours and hang out with a festive crew!  Did I mention beer and pizza on Saturday night?
