Lunch from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM
Games & Races: 1:00 to 4:00 PM
Dinner for Members & Guests Only follows Regatta
PLEASE RSVP with form below!

With this tradition that dates back to the beginnings of the Club, our annual regatta is not one to miss. Suffice it to say that there will be fun for everyone! We’ll kick things off at 11:00 AM with non-stop activities all afternoon. “Race Around The Island” is happening, and canoe and kayak games every hour. Corn-hole games will also be offered. Prizes will be awarded for top finishers. We’ll have a 50/50 drawing and raffle off giveaways. Proceeds will benefit the Club!

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
All ages are welcome to join in games and races.
You can also enjoy watching as a spectator.
11:00 AM: Doors open.
11:30 AM to 1:00 PM: Lunch includes hamburgers, hot dogs, and assorted fixings. Bring a side dish to share if you wish.
From 1:00 to 4:00 PM, participate in games, races, and festivities. Medals will be awarded to winners.
Bring your own camp chair!

Dash Race: Racers start behind the first buoy. After the whistle, the first racer’s bow to pass the second buoy wins.

Backwards Race: Racers line up behind the starting buoy. After the whistle, racers can only use backward strokes, even to turn themselves. Racers must round the second buoy and return to the start. The first racer’s stern to cross wins. 

Birdbox Race: Requires canoes and three people per boat with two of them blindfolded. Racers line up behind the starting buoy. After the whistle, the two racers paddling must keep their blindfolds on. The caller of the boat is not allowed to paddle. Racers must round the second buoy and come back to the start. The first boat’s bow to cross wins. 

War Boat Race: We’ll break out the old beauties and run heats of dash races until one team emerges victorious.
